Mortgages
The whole process of searching for the right mortgage and making an application can seem daunting. There are hundreds of different lenders and thousands of different products. We take the time to talk to you and assess your full needs before doing the research for you and then clearly setting out your options and making a recommendation. Once we have agreed on the right mortgage for you we will help you with your application and deal with the lender on your behalf. We will be right by your side from the first meeting until the loan is paid out and the process is completed.
Protection
Protecting your family from the financial impact of a serious illness or untimely death is something we take very seriously. We will review this with you looking at any insurance cover you currently have and making sure this is adequate for your needs. If the cover you have is insufficient to protect you and your family comfortably we will make recommendations to rectify this. Although cost alone is not a deciding factor, we will always make sure any recommendations are affordable. A review of insurance can also be carried out independently of a mortgage.
